Discoverer 4 berth

Depots: Adelaide, Brisbane, Broome, Cairns, Darwin, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney.

This is the highest quality 4WD model with two roof tents in our range. A Discoverer is equipped with heavy-duty tyres, making it an excellent 4WD camper for driving on rough roads. High quality table and chairs. Also present: a second fuel filter, added engine protection for tough conditions.

The tents have more interior space and are therefore suitable for tall people. Both tents feature LED lighting and various storage compartments. Useful extras can be provided that are not available with other 4WD campers with roof tents: Hema Maps GPS 4WD navigation for $25.00 per week, Starlink with unlimited data for $25.00 per week and a portable toilet and camp shower in combination with a quick-set-up stand-alone shower/toilet tent. The 176-centimetre-long canopy is the largest of its kind, making it ideal for those with kitesurfing equipment.

A Discoverer 4 berth can be supplied with a powerful stand-alone 2000W battery in combination with a portable solar panel, allowing you to camp in the same spot for days on end while the refrigerator and lighting continue to work and you can charge your equipment during your stay. This battery makes it also possible to use a coffee machine (on request). This makes it one of the few 4WD campers that allows you to enjoy freshly brewed coffee at the campsite or on the road. A major advantage of a portable solar panel is that you can move it with the sun so that the panel works at maximum efficiency, unlike a fixed solar panel on a roof tent, for example. The standard equipment also includes a Bushmans storage bag on the rear spare wheel (for firewood, a.o.) and a holder with a 20-litre diesel jerry can. The 4WD can be delivered to your accommodation free of charge by arrangement.

Features: Toyota Hilux, 2800cc diesel, automatic transmission, airco in drivers cab, Apple Car Play/Android Auto, reversing camera, 140 litres fuel tank, fuel consumption 12-13 litres per 100 km*, five seats with seat belts, two roof tents with each two sleeping places, power supply 12V/240V, powerful stand-alone battery, portable solar panel, snorkel, bullbar, two spare tyres, EPIRB, large awning, recovery kit with jack, air compressor, maxtrax, axe and foldable shovel, Western Australia National Parks Pass (value AU$50). A Discoverer is from 2024.
